About Complete
Complete is a design studio located in St. Paul, Minnesota. Complete offers a wide variety of services including interactive design, motion graphics, experience design, information architecture, pre-visualization, search engine marketing, strategy and new business pitch assistance. Complete is a modular studio. We collaborate with a variety of designers and developers on larger projects, or keep things in-house with our small staff of three designers and developers.
Complete is always looking for talented freelance designers and animators. We also offer an internship program for college seniors and recent graduates. If you are interested in applying please use our contact form.
Patrick Maun Creative Director
Patrick received his M.A. in visual media arts from the University of Applied Art in Vienna, Austria in 1993. Patrick has worked extensively in the design and interactive industry. Starting out as an interactive designer for Fallon Worldwide and Duffy Design, forming his own interactive shop Maun Media, then moving on to become the senior experience designer for Philips Design in Amsterdam, as creative director for interactive at Target and Marshall Field’s, and a stint as creative director at Olson & Co and finally throwing open the doors at Complete, an interactive design and development shop in St. Paul. His design work has received awards from the One Show Interactive, American Design Center 100 Show, Communication Arts Interactive, ID Magazine and others. Patrick’s video, installation and photographic work has been exhibited internationally and he has receive grants and fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts, The Minnesota State Arts Board, the Canada Council, the Austrian Council for Arts, the Jerome Foundation and many others.
Patrick has been on the adjunct faculty at the College of Visual Arts for the past thirteen years and has taught and lectured at several universities and institutes including a year as visiting professor at the College of Architecture at the University of Minnesota.
